Michael joins the board committee with more than 25 years of Sports, Financial and Mentorship expertise. Michael earned numerous awards and accolades throughout his youth, high school and collegiate football career.  Michael concluded his football career playing professionally for the Carolina Panthers.  He also received a B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. Michael is from Key West, Fl. He and his wife Keisha, now reside in East Cobb, Ga and have a son, Michael Dean Jr.

I was extremely fortunate and blessed to have a fulfilling football career playing for the University of Illinois and Carolina Panthers. Throughout my journey, I had some amazing coaches who installed the discipline, work ethic and competitive spirit, which has helped me be successful on and off the field. My overall mission is to pass along all the knowledge and experience I have gained to help young kids develop successful habits, love everything they participate in and maximize all of the blessings God has provided them.”
